Device Quality Ltd. is a medical device quality and regulatory consultancy based in Kilkenny, Ireland - working across ISO 13485, EU MDR and FDA. Their clients hand them life-critical compliance work, so the website has one job before anything else: signal expertise the moment someone lands on it.

The old website
A generic template doing the bare minimum:
- Stock hero image with no brand identity
- Thin, single page with little real content
- No clear calls to action anywhere
- Dated layout that undersold their expertise
A stock image is not a brand.
The homepage opened on a generic catalogue photo and a plain heading. Nothing told a visitor who this team was, where they were based, or why they were the safe choice for a regulated, high-stakes project.
First impressions formed in seconds, and they said “template”, not “specialist”.
No structure, no next step.
Below the hero sat two short boxes and a thin list of services. There was no proof, no case studies, and no obvious way to get in touch. Interested visitors simply ran out of road.
