Internal tools your team willactually use
Approval systems, customer portals, deal rooms and operations dashboards, built for mid-market and enterprise teams. Integrated with your existing stack, owned by you, shipped in weeks rather than quarters.
We build on Lovable, so you get production apps at prototype speed
Lovable is our delivery platform for internal tools. It removes the slow, expensive parts of custom software, so more of your budget goes into the parts that matter to your business: the workflow, the integrations, the change management and the polish.
React, TypeScript and Postgres. You own the repo.
Everything in Git, deployable to your infra if needed.
SSO, role-based access and audit logs built in.
REST, webhooks, and typed API layers to your stack.
Six patterns we deliveragain and again
Every engagement is bespoke, but most fall into one of these shapes. If your project sits somewhere in between, that is usually a good sign.
Approval systems
Multi-step approval flows for expenses, purchase orders, vendor onboarding or contract sign-off, with a full audit trail and role-based routing.
Customer portals
Secure client-facing spaces for account data, documents, invoices and support tickets, connected to the systems that already hold the truth.
Operations dashboards
Live views into pipeline, utilisation, SLAs or margin that pull from your CRM, warehouse and finance tools in one place, no more spreadsheet stitching.
Deal rooms and data rooms
Branded, permissioned rooms for M&A, procurement or investor updates, with granular access, watermarking and activity tracking.
Internal admin tools
The tools your ops team keeps asking IT for: bulk edits, bespoke workflows, exception handling and reporting that no SaaS product covers.
Data and integration layers
Thin, well-documented services between HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Slack and your data warehouse, replacing brittle Zaps.
Plays nicely with your existing stack
We do not replace your CRM, ERP or warehouse. We build the missing layer that connects them and gives your team the workflow they actually need.
From workshop to productionwithout the theatre
Discovery workshop
A structured 60 to 90 minute session with your stakeholders to map the workflow, users, systems of record and the metric that defines success.
Functional prototype in about two weeks
A free concept prototype lands in three working days. The paid functional prototype, wired to real data and one live integration, follows in roughly two weeks. Feedback happens against something you can actually use, not a slide deck.
Build, integrate, harden
Production build with SSO, role-based access, logging and integrations into your existing stack. Delivered iteratively, not big-bang.
Handover or ongoing partnership
You choose: full handover to your in-house team with documentation and training, or a retained partnership for evolution and support.
The ones everybody asks
Lovable is easy to use. Why hire a consultant?
Lovable removes the bottleneck of writing code. It does not remove the harder work: designing the right workflow, integrating with your existing systems, meeting security and compliance requirements, and making the tool something your team will actually adopt. We bring that layer, and we ship faster because Lovable handles the plumbing.
Can our internal team not just build this themselves?
Often yes, and for the right project we will help them do exactly that. Where we add value is speed to a working v1, opinionated architecture that will not need rewriting in six months, and offloading the parts your team should not spend time on. Many engagements end with a clean handover to your engineers.
How does this compare to Retool, Power Apps or a custom build?
Retool and Power Apps are strong for very structured internal admin. They start to strain when the tool needs a polished customer-facing surface, custom logic, or heavy branding. A Lovable build gives you a real web application you own, with no per-seat vendor lock-in and full control over the code.
What about security, SSO and compliance?
Every build ships with role-based access, secure authentication, encrypted data at rest, and SSO through Okta, Microsoft or Google when required. We work to GDPR by default and can align to SOC 2 style controls for regulated clients.
Do we own the code?
Yes. You own the codebase, the data and the infrastructure accounts. There is no vendor lock-in and no per-user fee. If the partnership ends, everything continues to run.
What is a typical engagement size?
Most internal tool projects land between EUR 12,000 and EUR 60,000 depending on scope, integrations and rollout. A discovery workshop is a fixed fee and gives you a clear scope, timeline and quote before any build commitment.
Have a workflow that no SaaS product fits?
Book a 30 minute discovery call. We will tell you honestly whether this is a fit, and if it is, what a functional prototype would look like in about two weeks. The free concept prototype comes first, in three working days.
